LK Property Group is preparing a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for its approved site at 84 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill, seeking approval from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI).

The SSDA proposes:

• Height increase: Buildings up by 1 storey (total 5 storeys).
• Affordable housing: 79 new dwellings (70 affordable), adding to 327 previously approved units for a total of 406 homes.
• Parking: +21 spaces (total 532).

Located near Tallawong Metro Station, Tallawong Public School, and the planned Rouse Hill Hospital, this initiative supports affordable housing for key workers in Sydney’s northwest.
